I cannot think of any alert, forward thinking institution in any community that should not be seeking to attain a more comprehensive understanding and possibly urgent application of google technology into their learning systems.
Simply allowing your group to focus crucial learning time on almost any aspect of google's ever evolving features, will create a smarter group of people. I'm certain of that! And if per chance that statement contains a drop of truth, then it would seem that our communities learning centers and schools would at the very least do all that is humanly possible to begin fervent and urgent forums and discussions on all things google.
Those institutions who choose to do so, ought to know that there are procedures that are not that difficult, but the way to learning things google does require astute, clear and precise observations. And those of us whom have followed the google matrix over the past 10 years or more have acquired insights that only we can explain. And I am looking forward to doing just that! And speaking of best practice. Here's a tip! Those who will excelerate the fast paced learning aspects of google are those who bring a fervent desire to learn. That is the most important key.
